Jewelry Design Process The jewelry design process at Gold Works typically goes through three stages:

  1. Stage 1: The customer either chooses a Gold Works design, brings an existing one for replication or sends us a sketch of the concept.
  2. Stage 2: A wax model of the design is produced. Customers near Gold Works come to the shop to view the wax model. For distant enthusiasts, we send .jpg files of the wax model through email.
  3. Stage 3: Once the wax model is satisfactory, Gold Works begins the actual jewelry work. Many of our customers come to our premises and watch us craft their piece. They walk away with a prized possession and a lifetime of memories.

Repair

Jewelry repair services are offered at Goldworks with reasonable rates. Repair your old jewelry and restore the love and passion it has absorbed over the years. Goldworks jewelry repair service offers full repairs in 10K, 14K, 18K, and sterling silver, including tips and prongs, stone setting, chain repair, pendant and earring repair, and ring sizings.
